Loan Range: $100,000 to $300,000

Minimum Criteria for Qualification

  • In business for 5 or more years.
  • No bankruptcy, material lawsuits or judgments against the company or owners, with both the company and the owners having an established good credit history.
  • Sales must trend up and the amount of the financing requested should not exceed 10% of annual sales.
  • Company profitable during each of the last 2 years.
  • Equity must support the loan request and should be at least equal to the amount of the requested line of credit.
