Minimum Criteria for Qualification
- In business for 5 or more years.
- No bankruptcy, material lawsuits or judgments against the company
or owners, with both the company and the owners having an
established good credit history.
- Sales must trend up and the amount of the financing requested
should not exceed 10% of annual sales.
- Company profitable during each of the last 2 years.
- Equity must support the loan request and should be at least equal
to the amount of the requested line of credit.
